We are looking for an HR Content Creator/Writer for our Direct client & Hybrid Remote Opportunity.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Atlanta, GA, Hybrid or Possibly fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Write, edit, and proofread a variety of HR-related materials, including employee guides, FAQs, training manuals, and other instructional resources/materials.
  2. Review and update existing HR materials to drive simplification and standardization of HR processes.
  3. Collaborate with HR teams to design content that enhances the employee experience and supports self-service.
  4. Optimize content for accessibility, clarity, and user engagement.
  5. Align HR content with broader organizational messaging.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in content creation, writing, or HR communications.
  2. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle stages.
  3. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in using content management tools and design platforms is a plus.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
