Compensation Range: $55 - 62 per hour
Are you a skilled writer with a passion for creating engaging and informative content? Do you have a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable materials? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a talented HR Content Creator/Writer to develop high-quality resources that support the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate with HR teams and key stakeholders to craft impactful content for a global organization with approximately 25,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread a variety of HR-related materials, including employee guides, FAQs, training manuals, and instructional resources.
2. Process Improvement: Review and refine existing HR materials to ensure simplification, standardization, and alignment with best practices.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams to design content that enhances the employee experience and supports self-service.
4. Optimization: Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with organizational messaging.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in content creation, writing, or HR communications.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle stages.
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Experience with content management tools and design platforms is a plus.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
