Position’s mission:

This is a support role for a responsive individual with the capacity and desire to succeed in a high growth environment.

Responsible for the day-to-day design work as needed mainly by creating social media elements, social media profiles, branding, and Marketing / Sales presentations. Create wireframes and mockups for mobile and desktop web pages, landing pages, newsletters.

In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you’re passionate about design and eager to learn more, we’d like to meet you.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Prepares rough design concepts for Banners & Social media working with different brands.
2. Be able to create Landing pages layouts with platforms like Lead pages.
3. Create a specific “look and feel” for any piece understanding the concept.
4. Work with different brands at the same time. Create original visuals for each piece understanding the entire graphic system.
5. Support senior designers on brand and strategic design work.
6. Participate in various design projects from concept to completion.
7. Produce drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions.
8. Listen to feedback to hone skills and improve design.
9. Use feedback from other designers to improve.
10. Time management and multitasking abilities.

Average of 2 years of experience in Design roles. Previous digital marketing experience will be highly valued.

Knowledge / Skills / Competencies needed:

1. BA in Design.
2. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
3. Basic HTML and coding knowledge.
4. High sense of ownership on the job.
5. Proficient in English (Written / Spoken).
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Creativity and design skills are very important to come up with original ideas and to produce appealing material.
8. Knowledge of what appeals to different target audiences.
9. Video editing will be a plus.
10. Self-organized.
