Job Description

One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Sr Marketing Analyst from the B2B tech space. The client is a technology company focused on artificial intelligence for the enterprise, specializing in large language models.

Highlights for the Role:

  1. Data Integration & Management : Proficient in integrating and managing marketing data across platforms such as Segment, Marketo, and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy for enhanced decision-making.
  2. Advanced Analytics & Reporting : Skilled in leveraging BigQuery and Looker or equivalent BI tools to perform advanced analytics, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and improve campaign performance. Proficient in SQL and knowledge of Python and R.
  3. Performance Measurement : Expertise in utilizing GA4 to track and analyze web traffic and user behavior, measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimizing customer journeys leveraging all GTM and product systems.
  4. Collaboration & Strategy Development : Collaborates with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns, utilizing insights from various data sources to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  5. Continuous Improvement : Committed to continually refining data processes and analytics methodologies, staying updated with industry trends, and implementing best practices to boost marketing ROI and overall business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experienced with HubSpot, Marketo, GA4, SFDC marketing automation, BigQuery, Looker.
  • 5-10 years of marketing analytics experience with SQL, Marketo, Google Analytics (GA4), SFDC, and BigQuery a must.
  • Python and R a plus.
  • Experienced migrating from HubSpot to Marketo, has set up relevant fields for measurement.
  • Experienced with campaign performance, end-to-end lead to cash, web traffic analytics, and attribution modeling.
  • Experienced working across Sales and Finance departments.

Location:

100% remote in the USA, must be able to work East Coast hours; Boston or NY a plus.

Duration:

6 months to start with contract to hire potential.

Compensation:

$60-75/hr DOE.
