What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Video Production

• Shoot and edit high-quality photo & video content (product demos, hunting footage, lifestyle content).

• Help plan and execute story-driven product commercials and viral-style content.

• Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for new videos and ad campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Ad Management

• Help optimize Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube ads to drive brand growth and sales.

• Test and refine targeted hunting/outdoor audience strategies to maximize reach.

• Track and report ad performance, engagement, and ROI.

Sales Support & Dealer Relations

• Assist with customer inquiries and dealer accounts to help convert leads into sales.

• Work with outdoor industry professionals to expand sales opportunities.

• Help develop sales strategies, promotions, and email marketing campaigns.

Hunting & Outdoor Industry Expertise

• Understand our customers because you ARE one of them—someone who hunts, shoots, and knows the gear.

• Stay on top of hunting trends, regulations, and new opportunities.

Who You Are

✅ Hunting, shooting, and outdoor industry experience. You live the lifestyle and understand what speaks to our audience.
✅ A content machine. You can film, edit, and create high-quality visuals that tell a story.
✅ Experienced in digital marketing. You know how to run Meta & Google ads, analyze results, and tweak for performance.
✅ Social media savvy. You get what makes people engage, share, and interact with content.
✅ Sales-minded. You can help convert leads, assist with dealer relations, and support sales growth.

Skills

Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve (video editing).
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom for high-quality image editing.
Familiar with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads.
Experience with hunting product videography & lifestyle branding.
Strong background in hunting and outdoor community marketing is a plus.
Background in copywriting or email marketing (Klaviyo, etc.) is a bonus.
Experience with website design and editing is a plus.
