Open Until Filled Description of Work The Assistant Director of Marketing will gather, write, and proofread copy for recruitment print publications, emails, letters, and websites for the ASEM division. Responsibilities include coordinating all project management (conception to delivery) of ASEM Marketing projects including print and digital (email, SMS, web, and visuals), ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and running weekly status meetings with creative teams and production vendors. This position serves as a liaison between the marketing team and project stakeholders within ASEM and across teams with campus partners. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience in marketing, public relations, advertising sales, or related field, and/or recruitment experience. Interpersonal communication and copywriting skills are required. Must have promotional writing experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects are essential. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of advertising/marketing agency or in-house corporate experience. Experience with youth and/or non-traditional student marketing. Knowledge of student recruitment in higher education. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management. Additional Information
