Moderna is seeking a Sr. Director, Organized Customer, to lead strategic initiatives within the IDN channel while ensuring robust engagement with Healthcare Providers (HCPs). This role is critical in driving meaningful partnerships with Integrated Delivery Networks and Public Health Entities and aligning Moderna’s vaccine portfolio with healthcare providers’ needs to improve patient outcomes and strengthen public health initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IDN and HCP engagement, multi-channel marketing expertise, and the ability to execute with excellence across a complex healthcare ecosystem. Here’s What You’ll Do Act as Moderna’s strategic expert for IDNs and HCPs, crafting and implementing integrated engagement strategies that align with commercial objectives and customer needs. Provide mentorship and leadership to marketing team members, fostering a high-performing and innovative environment. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Organized Customer Segment, targeting Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Health Systems, Public Health entities, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and Physician Buying Groups (PBGs). Design and execute tailored strategies to drive vaccine adoption and awareness through IDNs, ensuring that HCP-focused initiatives are aligned with overarching goals. Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for the Moderna portfolio that align with the goals and objectives of IDNs, health systems, and public health organizations. Develop comprehensive, customer-centric engagement plans that leverage insights, data, and multi-channel tactics to reach and influence HCPs effectively. Lead collaboration with global and regional teams to create core campaigns for IDNs and HCPs, ensuring seamless integration across digital, traditional, and direct communication channels. Provide actionable insights and guidance to field teams for effective execution of HCP and IDN strategies, including training and best-in-class resources for customer interactions. Lead cross-functional collaboration with field sales leadership, global marketing, medical affairs, market access, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and compliance in all customer engagement activities. Analyze IDN, Public Sector, HCP engagement metrics to refine strategies, optimize resource allocation, and achieve measurable outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between Moderna and HCP stakeholders, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring alignment with Moderna's strategic goals. Oversee the marketing budget for the Organized Customer Segment, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI. Ensure all activities meet Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory requirements while delivering the highest quality standards. Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time. Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical/vaccine strategic marketing, customer engagement, or sales with a focus on IDNs, HCPs, or other organized customers. Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications) Extensive knowledge of the IDN and HCP landscape, including their financial models, operational structures, and decision-making processes. Experience designing and implementing customer-centric strategies that drive engagement across IDNs and HCPs. Strong understanding of vaccines and infectious diseases, with an ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-impact relationships with senior leaders in IDNs and HCPs, influencing system-wide healthcare initiatives. Expertise in developing multi-channel strategies that incorporate digital, traditional, and innovative outreach techniques tailored to IDNs and HCPs. Proven success in navigating complex organizational dynamics and achieving buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional project management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Collaborative and influential leader, skilled at driving alignment and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
