As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and organized Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Events & Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute all event planning, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives for Shaka Kai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, preparing, managing, and executing all events and trade shows. They will also develop new event ideas, manage social media channels, create engaging campaigns for promotions and sales, and oversee website copywriting for new product descriptions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute all brand events, trade shows, and pop-up shops. Develop and implement new event concepts to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage all aspects of social media, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community growth on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support events, sales, and promotions. Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create engaging and compelling copy for website product descriptions. Analyze event and social media performance to optimize strategies and improve results. Work with external vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance event success. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to ensure innovative marketing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a similar role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in social media management and content creation. Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools is a plus.
