We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Marketing Manager
to lead our brand’s marketing efforts, drive customer engagement, and enhance our presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality marketing, a passion for experiential dining, and expertise in digital strategy, events, and brand partnerships.

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. Manage all digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (photo, video, copy) aligned with Amazónico’s brand identity. Track and analyze marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Public Relations & Partnerships
Collaborate with PR agencies and influencers to drive press coverage and brand visibility. Develop partnerships with luxury brands, travel companies, and cultural institutions to enhance the restaurant’s positioning. Coordinate influencer and media events to generate buzz and organic engagement.
Guest Engagement & Community Building
Create and manage loyalty programs, special events, and activations that enhance the guest experience. Engage with customers through social media, responding to inquiries and fostering a strong online community. Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to implement improvements.
Event & Promotion Management
Plan and promote seasonal campaigns, special menus, and exclusive experiences. Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, design) to bring creative concepts to life. Ensure marketing materials are consistent and on-brand across all locations.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, luxury dining, or lifestyle brands. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation. Experience working with PR agencies, influencers, and brand partners. Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for food, hospitality, and experiential marketing.
