Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our financial products and services. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and inform product positioning. Define product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing offerings. Collaborate with brand marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Lead end-to-end product launch initiatives, from ideation to executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Create compelling marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and product documentation to support sales teams. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement. Develop and manage the product marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Ensure cost-effective strategies and initiatives while maximizing ROI on marketing spend. VP, Product Marketing

Qualifications 12-15 years relevant credit union or banking experience in Marketing required. Experience in product marketing/product management within the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of banking, investments, lending, or related areas. Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Marketing/Advertising/Media or equivalent experience. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies, including product launches and go-to-market campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market research, and customer insights to drive decision-making. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives. Experience working with compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements within the financial industry.
