Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr JOB PURPOSE The Product Marketing Specialist supports the Product Marketing Manager to develop product briefs and deliver integrated product marketing campaigns for products including ships, destinations, and guest experiences. This role works across departments including Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Product Innovation, Operations and others, to gather, organize, develop and distribute necessary product information and ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing campaign components. This role requires an individual that is highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support manager in all steps of project planning and product marketing campaign execution including brief development, timelines and key milestones, and channel plans. Work to secure relevant information and inputs from multiple teams to inform an effective product positioning. Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our cruise offerings in the market. Support manager to coordinate cross-functional briefings, to secure latest information related to the product and inform planning activities. Collaborate across teams and channels to ensure all teams have a full understanding of the product details and marketing plan and ensure proper rollout of campaigns. Continually review and ensure accurate and consistent information about key products is in the marketplace; secure and distribute updates to relevant teams as the product information and marketing plan evolves. Maintain project timelines and calendars with key milestones for the product marketing campaign. Work with the internal creative team as needed to develop creative assets and other deliverables related to the campaign. QUALIFICATIONS
3-4 years relevant experience in marketing, sales, business or communications. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or similar field. Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task. Ability to think strategically, take initiative and work autonomously. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Project management experience and skillset. Program knowledge: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience working with campaign assets and creative specs a plus. Cruise industry experience a plus. Performs other duties as required. VISA REQUIREMENTS Must be eligible to work in the USA.
