Position Summary: The Omnichannel Senior Marketing Manager plays a vital role in executing marketing campaigns to support Catalent’s key business segments. Reporting to the Omnichannel Marketing Associate Director, this position is responsible for ensuring campaign alignment with business objectives while driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This hands-on role emphasizes tactical execution and collaboration with Divisional Marketing, ISG, BD, and the Brand and Marketing Activation (BMA) team to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable results. The Role Marketing Plan Development and Execution

Collaborate with Divisional Marketing teams to develop annual tactical plans that align with business objectives and growth targets. Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for assigned segment, incorporating digital, content, and traditional marketing strategies.

Vendor and Agency Management

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. Identify opportunities for vendor partnerships or collaborations to enhance campaign execution.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Collaborate with the Marketing Effectiveness team to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, ensuring timely reporting and actionable insights. Share campaign results with stakeholders, including BD and ISG, and provide recommendations for optimizing future initiatives.

Project Management

Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among Marketing, BD, ISG, and external vendors. Create and maintain project plans using tools like Workfront, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Other duties as assigned. The Candidate 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO sectors. Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns, with expertise in digital marketing techniques and tools.
