Principal Channel Marketing Manager, Americas at Emerson in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Our partner and distribution channel is a critical and growing component of our overall business The Principal Channel Marketing Manager for Americas will collaborate with our distributors and solutions integration partners to increase demand through marketing activities and scale our business. Through co-marketing you will align with partners on goals and strategies that support our business objectives. You will capture data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report the results with a focus on lead generation, marketing influenced opportunity creation, and return on investment In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: + Responsible for growing revenue through our indirect channel through Distribution and Solution Integration partners in the Americas region through co-marketing activities + Collaborate with partners to develop coordinated marketing strategies aligned to our marketing campaigns and business unit strategies + Develop co-marketing strategies to drive eComms booking results through distributor platform + Allocate co-marketing funds to distributors at the start of the year and propose a funding distribution plan that improves return on investment + Meet with distributors and solutions and integrations partners regularly to ensure alignment and progress + Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Sales Managers to ensure constant alignment between marketing and sales plans + Develop and maintain relationships with Marcom and digital Marketing team members + Identify and advocate for new and innovative ways to increase demand generation with partners using pilot programs + Lead monthly lead council meetings with Partner Sales Managers to review the performance of leads passed to distributors and determine when to make adjustments + Gather co-marketing data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report the results quarterly to NI business unit, marketing, and sales leaders with a focus on return on investment Who You Are: + A seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience specializing in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. + Expertise in collaborating with partners and distributors to align with overarching business goals, cultivate demand generation, and deliver measurable return on investment. + Building positive relationships, whether with channel sales managers, distributors, or internal teams, to ensure flawless alignment between marketing and sales plans. + Analytical with a proven record of using data to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and communicate impactful results to collaborators. + You bring initiative, a self-starter mentality, and a dedication to innovation, consistently identifying new ways to bring value and scale business through co-marketing activities.
