planning and executing live events

Assist in event planning and execution to align with client goals and expectations. Maintain clear, professional communication to understand client visions and provide updates. Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site staff management. Organize materials, resources, and supplies for seamless event operations. Provide hands-on support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving real-time issues. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and production to ensure flawless event execution. Communicate with vendors and external partners to meet event requirements and deadlines. Collect and analyze event feedback to compile reports and provide actionable insights for future improvements. What We’re Looking For
No prior experience required—just a passion for event planning and coordination. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in dynamic environments.
