As an

Entry-Level Manager / Assistant Manager , you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of

marketing ,

client relations . Working closely with senior managers, you'll be involved in

Offer mentorship to entry-level staff, helping them grow and succeed in their roles. Customer Engagement:

Lead by example in engaging with customers and ensuring all interactions align with the client's brand values. Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth execution of events and campaigns. Performance Tracking:

Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvements to boost results. Event Coordination:

Assist with event planning, setup, and on-site support to ensure flawless execution. Problem-Solving:
