Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality, custom-made garments. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Garment Creation and Alterations
   • Perform complex alterations on existing garments to ensure perfect fit and style.
   • Adapt and develop existing designs to meet client specifications.
2. Technical Skills
   • Demonstrate proficiency in various sewing techniques, both by hand and machine.
   • Create and modify patterns as needed for custom garments.
   • Execute precise cutting of fabrics according to alteration specifications, patterns, and measurements.
3. Quality Control
   • Meticulously check all work for accuracy and quality, ensuring each garment meets our high standards.
   • Press and finish garments to achieve a polished, professional appearance.
4. Workshop Management
   • Daily maintenance of the workspace.
   • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
   • Manage time and effectively meet deadlines and production targets.
   • General knowledge of pattern making is required.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in bespoke tailoring or high-end alterations specific to Bridal.
• Extensive knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and tailoring techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse clientele.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in addressing unique client requests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
