We are seeking a Marketing Technology Analyst to support our digital strategy and marketing operations, including email marketing and related technical implementations. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to manage, secure, and ensure compliance of our marketing technology (martech) stack and other digital tools. This role will facilitate the effective use of these tools across all digital initiatives supporting our broader digital program.

Digital Project Management Execute marketing technology implementation projects per approved requirements, timelines, and success metrics Create and maintain SOPs and project documentation, including technical specifications, status reports, and implementation guides Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of technical marketing projects
Platform Management
Serve as primary Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) administrator, demonstrating a deep understanding of its core functionalities Build and deploy email campaigns within SFMC, leveraging features like dynamic content, personalization strings (AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)), and segmentation Create and maintain technical documentation Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce Service Cloud support agency, effectively communicating technical needs and requirements
Technical Implementation
Build responsive email templates and campaigns utilizing SFMC's email development tools (including both code-based and drag-and-drop methods) Configure tracking parameters and analytics within SFMC and other platforms, utilizing features like Marketing Cloud Connect and Google Analytics integration Implement marketing automation workflows using SFMC's Automation Studio and Journey Builder, designing and executing complex, multi-step campaigns Create and optimize webpages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and WordPress (WP)
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze email campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.). Provide monthly performance reports to program managers, including data to track progress against their dashboard goals. Utilize data visualization (Tableau, Excel, Power BI) tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate marketing insights to stakeholders.
Security & Data Management
Support security penetration testing preparation, working closely with the agency and internal IT and security teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities Support validation of secure data collection practices across all marketing channels, ensuring ethical data collection with appropriate consent Support maintenance of comprehensive documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incident response plans
What You Bring
4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology roles - preferred Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Proficient in managing and updating content within Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager Experience with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Adobe Analytics Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) and experience with database query languages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator) Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
