We provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Our Nonprofit Director of Development collaborates with management teams to develop effective fundraising and public relations strategies. You deftly orchestrate funding plans and manage outreach programs. Diligently, you manage our donor database and cultivate relationships with funding sources and financial institutions.

Thinking creatively, you mastermind compelling grant proposals, manage media communications, and fuel engagement through social media, newsletters, and our website. Overseeing fundraising, you meet submission timelines, efficiently allocate funds, and represent us at grant meetings. You are vital to our short- and long-term achievements!

Our main office in Salt Lake City is your primary work location, but this position will require travel and work around the state.

Here's What You Need Bachelor's degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a related field OR an equivalent amount of relevant professional experience 4+ years of experience in management, marketing, or financial development, preferably with a nonprofit Experience with fundraising, supervising staff, and maintaining donor relationships Computer proficiency, interest in social media trends, and ability to use platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram Heart for working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities Must be located along the Wasatch Front - Weber to Utah County Must have own vehicle and be a driver in good standing We need an enthusiastic self-starter capable of efficiently managing multiple projects while fostering a productive team environment. Proficiency in verbal and written communication and strong public speaking skills are beneficial. Meticulous attention to detail, high levels of organization, and the ability to meet timelines are vital.
