Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital campaigns, emails, and other programs
• Track performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) and optimize strategies
• Collaborate with teams to produce content and promotions
• Stay current on SEO/SEM trends and emerging digital tools

Digital Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in Incentives and HR B2B
• Can-do, positive mindset in a start-up style environment
• Successful at working independently while also an enthusiastic team collaborator
