JOB OBJECTIVE The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion. The role will focus primarily on paid advertising and lead generation strategy while also providing broad support across marketing functions, including social media, content creation and more. The Digital Marketing Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert in digital strategies, striving to optimize lead generation and customer conversion through various digital media campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ● Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. ● Monitor and maintain the paid channels to provide weekly performance reports including data on website traffic, email open rates, social media engagements, and content performance. ● Utilize Hubspot and Salesforce for CRM management and marketing automation. ● Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and audience engagement. ● Manage and maintain WordPress updates and content as needed. ● Assist in writing, strategizing, and producing compelling content for social posts and blog content to help increase and grow our digital audience. ● Support the creation of marketing materials, including case studies and email campaigns. ● Design and edit visual content using Canva. ● Assist with video content creation for marketing initiatives. ● Coordinate and support webinars ● Work collaboratively across teams

REQUIREMENTS ● 3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience (SaaS experience a plus) ● 2+ years of related experience in Paid Advertising, successfully building campaign ● Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce) ● Strong analytical ability to interpret data and insights; identify trends and deliver recommendations ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency ● High attention to detail and produces high-quality output. ● Self-starter, independent, quick, and continuous learner ● Excellent verbal & written communication skills - able to craft communications
