We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Digital Marketing to lead Remedy Place's performance marketing, audience growth, and retention strategies. This role will focus on digital-first initiatives, supporting new club openings, seasonal campaigns, and enhancing the audience acquisition. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing, this strategic leader will drive Remedy Place's digital presence and play a pivotal role in scaling its footprint.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and SMS and affiliate marketing to drive audience acquisition, revenue and brand awareness. Identify opportunities for innovation and emerging digital trends, leading the implementation of cutting-edge marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Ensure all digital strategies align with Remedy Place's brand values, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and overall business goals. Email + SMS Marketing + CRM Strategy Own and execute the email and SMS marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, content marketing, and campaign execution. Leverage CRM (Zenoti) to ensure data integrity, optimize lead generation strategies, and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on customer retention. Optimize email and SMS campaigns through A/B testing and performance analytics to maximize engagement, conversion, and member retention. New Club Openings + Seasonal Campaigns Lead the digital marketing strategy for new club launches, leveraging hyperlocal marketing, paid media, and community engagement to drive awareness and member acquisition, Develop and execute seasonal and brand campaigns that drive membership growth, event participation, and wellness engagement. Partner with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging, visuals, and experiences resonate with each target audience. Website Management, User Experience + Conversion Rate Optimization Optimize website performance and user experience (UX), to drive digital bookings, membership sign-ups, and e-commerce sales. Manage ongoing website development projects, collaborating with external web developers to enhance UI/UX functionality and performance. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize site engagement and revenue generation. Affiliate + Influencer Marketing Partner with Brand Communications team to ensure influencer-generated content is effectively leveraged in paid media and digital campaigns. Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer-driven content in digital advertising and organic engagement metrics. Support campaign amplification strategies to extend influencer reach through digital marketing. Campaign Management, Analytics + Performance Reporting Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and measurable business impact. Provide in-depth performance reporting on website traffic, paid media, email engagement, and social media metrics, with actionable insights to drive growth. Create executive dashboards and stakeholder summaries to track progress toward KPIs. SEO + Audience Acquisition Conduct advanced keyword research and SEO optimization to expand organic search visibility and capture high-intent audiences. Manage local business listings (Google, Yelp, etc.) to enhance brand visibility in key markets. Budget + Performance Optimization Oversee and allocate multi-channel digital marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment and optimized ad spend. Monitor cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and lifetime value to make data-driven budgeting decisions. Special Projects + Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead special marketing initiatives such as brand collaborations, experimental digital campaigns, and emerging tech integrations. Work cross-functionally with creative, operations and club teams to ensure digital initiatives align with Remedy Place's brand experience. QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience + Expertise

8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in wellness hospitality, luxury or high-end consumer brands. 4-wall experience is a plus. Proficiency with CRM platforms, Zenoti preferred, and marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta advertising, Klaviyo or HubSpot. Hands-on experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid social, and multi-channel campaign execution. Expertise in conversion rate optimization and leveraging data-driven insights to improve digital marketing performance. Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with occasional domestic travel and weekend work to support campaigns and events. Skills + Attributes Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation skills, with experience using performance analytics to optimize campaigns. Collaboration: Proven success working with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment. Innovation: Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and integrating emerging technologies and best practices. Passion for Wellness + Luxury Consumer Brands: Deep understanding of high-end consumer marketing and wellness industries. Technical Proficiency Proficient in Google Ads, Meta advertising, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and CRM platforms. Familiarity with Figma or other design tools for email and campaign asset development. Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 per year (plus bonus structure)
