Lotus Media Group, LLC, located in scenic Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking an innovative and dynamic Multimedia Sales Manager to lead our high-energy sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth in the multimedia landscape and shape the future of our expanding company.  Lotus Media Group, LLC specializes in digital/web advertising, streamed TV & streamed audio advertising, radio advertising and print publication advertising. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:
  Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company’s vision and market opportunities.


• Client Engagement:
  Build and nurture strong relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure and retain key accounts.


• Market Insight:
  Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to continually refine sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated multimedia campaigns that resonate with our diverse clientele.


• Performance Management:
  Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to provide actionable insights, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustained success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multimedia, agency or related sales roles, with a demonstrable record of leadership and achieving sales targets.


• Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.


• A deep understanding of multimedia channels, digital marketing trends, and client engagement strategies.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
