Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to help expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background , experience in digital marketing , and a deep understanding of B2B sales —especially in LED display solutions. As a contractor , you’ll enjoy flexible working hours, unlimited earning potential, and the ability to work remotely. This position is 100% commission-based, offering high incentives per sale.

Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for LED display solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, businesses, and distributors .
• Present and promote LED walls to potential clients, demonstrating product value.
• Negotiate deals and close sales while meeting sales targets.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies .
• Manage social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns .
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and target audiences .
• Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital ads .
• Optimize SEO and run paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness .

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in LED displays or related industries .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills .
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive results.
• Comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
• Existing industry contacts or a network is a big advantage .
• Bilingual is a plus.
