About Us: At Limoncello Ristorante & Bar and Limoncello Banquets & Events (West Chester and Chester Springs), we're passionate about food, hospitality, and sharing our story with the world. We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. If you're a social media lover who thrives on storytelling and visual content creation, we'd love to have you help us enhance our brand presence and engage our audience!

What You'll Do:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a dynamic content calendar for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Post high-quality, engaging content consistently that aligns with our brand's voice and values.
• Monitor trends, customer interactions, and competitor strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
• Maintain Restaurant Website (Wix)

Content Creation:

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of our food, drinks, special events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Craft compelling captions, stories, and reels that showcase our menu, chefs, team, and guest experiences.
• Use graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) to create eye-catching promotional graphics.
• Stay up to date with food, restaurant, and social media trends to produce engaging and shareable content.

Community Engagement:

• Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and tagged posts in a friendly and timely manner.
• Build relationships with local foodies, influencers, and community pages to expand our reach.
• Monitor and respond to Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews to maintain our excellent reputation.

Performance Tracking & Strategy:

• Analyze social media performance using key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize content and boost audience interaction.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to align social media efforts with promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Who You Are:

• A social media enthusiast with experience managing business accounts (restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus).
• A visual storyteller who can shoot, edit, and create high-quality content that resonates with audiences.
• A strong writer who crafts engaging, on-brand captions and post descriptions.
• Organized and able to manage multiple social platforms efficiently.
• Experienced in photo and video editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, etc.).
• Passionate about food, hospitality, and customer experience—you love capturing the magic of a great meal and atmosphere!
