Job Title: Channel Marketing Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness with our vendor partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, partner enablement, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to support vendor sales and growth.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing team to create co-branded campaigns, sales enablement materials, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with vendor partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand messaging.
- Design and execute vendor marketing programs, including events, webinars, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and analyze channel marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets tailored for vendors, such as case studies, product collateral, and social media content.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all partner communications.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize channel vendor engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, or related roles.
- An understanding of B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, and sales enablement.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
- The ability to work independently and stay on task
- Knowledge of partner incentive programs and CO-OP funds management for the purpose of Marketing development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools preferred.
- HVAC/R Industry knowledge or experience is a big benefit.
