The Digital Analytics and SEO Specialist leads analytics and reporting related to the firm's digital presence, including the firm website, e-marketing communications, multimedia assets, mobile applications, and more. This role also leads SEO reporting and related initiatives to enhance the firm's online presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analytics

Create regular reports on website, blog, and microsite performance and key metrics for stakeholders, including clear and actionable recommendations. Create similar reports for other digital assets, including e-marketing communications. Identify areas for improvement based on user data.

Monitor website traffic patterns using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

Analyze user behavior metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, and conversion rates.

Assist web team with updates related to launch and maintenance, as needed.

Strategy Development

Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and report out accordingly.

Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.

Create high-quality, search engine-optimized content.

Build a robust backlink profile through effective link-building tactics.

Present SEO performance data and insights to stakeholders. Communicate SEO recommendations and strategy updates to relevant teams. Work closely with related teams to interpret data regarding engagement across various platforms in order to provide wholistic recommendations for enhanced engagement.

Technical SEO

Perform website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., broken links, slow loading times, mobile responsiveness). Monitor and resolve website indexing issues.

Research and suggest improvements to enhance crawlability.

Competitive Analysis

Analyze competitor websites, blogs, microsites, and related content to identify SEO, user experience, and visibility raising opportunities.

Track competitor rankings and content strategies in order to proactively provide suggested improvements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console; knowledge of Siteimprove and Bing Webmaster Tools is a plus.

Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.

Proficiency in keyword research and analysis.

Basic knowledge of HTML and website development.

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on Marketing.

Minimum of three (3) years' experience with analytics at a law firm or professional services firm.

Demonstrated experience and success with WordPress and Vuture.

Demonstrated experience and success with content optimization.

Hiring Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00
