We are seeking a Sr. Content Creator that will support Lucid brand, marketing and social media communication goals. They will play an essential role in creating impactful video content, at velocity, that will bring Brand stories to life and resonate with audiences across all channels, owned and paid.

The Sr. Content Creator, Brand supports content strategy and content production including planning/budgeting for video & photo live action productions in support of overall creative and business goals. They are responsible for delivering brand content output to the highest standard supporting the brand’s core mission and DNA. From ideation to execution, on time and on budget and ensuring all creators under the Brand content unit are optimized and resourced.

The ideal candidate is skilled at crafting visually compelling stories that can reflect the Lucid Motors brand, combining creative vision with a technical expertise to achieve an exceptional final product. They are a nimble and adaptable creator with strong experience in video editing, video production and post-production. Deftly managing many different personalities and work styles to bring cohesion and productive workflow to production.

In this role you are embedded within the Brand business unit and work cross functionally within various teams and departments at Lucid. The Sr. Content Creator has a deep understanding of production, project management, creative development and building cross functional relationships.

Partner with the Sr. Manager, Content and the Sr. Manager, Operations to lead and enhance our compelling brand vision, architecture and creative voice, as a passionate steward, advocate, and gatekeeper of Lucid Motors content.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery with cross functional partners to define project scope and set of deliverables for weekly output.
  • Partner with our in-house cinematographer and photographer when projects require additional support.
  • Operate independently at times when a lighter production footprint is required.
  • Create strong short form video through effective storytelling following brand standards.
  • Leverage content creation equipment supporting our industry partners, customers and social first executions with use of iPhone or DSLR with gimbal formats.
  • Perform minor color grading and apply standard LUT as needed.
  • Perform minor sound mix and design as needed.
  • Incorporating motion by collaborating with our in-house motion designer.
  • Partner with our owner experience team for creation of product training modules and development of a knowledge center.
  • Support our community of Lucid owners around rallies or events creating customer focused content capsules.
  • Collaborate with our Communications team delivering social first content capsules.
  • Produce, Manage and Collaborate: Work with Sr. Manager, Content and Sr. Manager Operations as a content producer.

REQUIREMENTS:

You are proficient: You have deep experience executing brand and product strategies across various content types. You bring your brain to the table as well as your awesome creative and logistics skills addressing every detail to bring the brand to life.

You are creative: You have deep knowledge and command of the concept and execution of product + brand communications and how to collaborate with a cross-functional team to get a project done. You are always in ‘idea mode’ and know how to bring people along in your thinking.

You are a team player: You thrive collaborating with teams and building ideas. You listen to others to solve creative challenges and take direction when needed. You can act either as a leader or as an active participant in meetings, according to the business needs.

You are effective: You are highly organized and your verbal and written communication is clear and professional as you manage high volume creative guiding various project clients, teams and talents in parallel toward the project goal.
