We are now looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team—someone who is not just skilled in paid ads but has a deep understanding of the entire marketing funnel. If you have built your own eCommerce brand or worked extensively in marketing and paid media for eCommerce brands, we want to hear from you!


🔹 About the Role As a Performance Marketer at Media Buyer Club, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing high-converting marketing funnels while running profitable paid ad campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role, requiring expertise in strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization to drive profitable customer acquisition for our clients.


You will be working with eCommerce brands that need performance-driven marketing, which means you must have experience running ads with a direct focus on ROI, CPA, and LTV.


🔹 What You'll Be Doing


✅ Paid Media Strategy & Execution


Plan, create, and manage high-budget paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and TikTok Ads. Optimize ad creatives, targeting, budgets, and placements to drive conversions. Constantly A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize performance. Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV to ensure ad spend efficiency.


✅ Marketing Funnel Development & Optimization


Design and implement high-converting landing pages and sales funnels to improve conversion rates. Work with CRO tools (like Google Optimize, Hotjar, or VWO) to analyze and improve the customer journey. Optimize email/SMS marketing flows to drive retention and upsells.


✅ Analytics & Reporting


Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools to track and analyze performance. Build reports and provide insights to optimize campaign strategies. Implement data-driven decision-making to improve ad performance.


✅ Creative Collaboration


Work closely with designers and copywriters to craft high-converting ad creatives. Identify trends in ad performance and audience behavior to improve ad messaging.


✅ Client Communication


Work directly one-on-one with our clients via weekly calls and constant communication to deliver them updates, reports, go over strategy, etc.
