Who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.
Objectives of this role
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Create and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Maintain, develop all social media platforms including company website.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
• Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and modify to optimize accordingly.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, understand their pain points, and analyze competitor activity within the manufacturing industry.
• Develop and refine product positioning strategies to highlight the unique value proposition of the company's products for manufacturing applications.
• Create targeted marketing content, including technical white papers, case studies, webinars, and presentations, tailored to the needs of the company.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels like trade shows, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media to reach the target manufacturing audience.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers within manufacturing and other business sectors, actively engage with potential customers, and provide technical support.
• Develop lead generation strategies through targeted marketing initiatives to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge, marketing materials, and sales support to effectively convert leads into sales.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and communications aligned with the company's overall brand strategy.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical specifications, and industry terminology.
• Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns, including digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs within the manufacturing sector and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to a manufacturing audience.
• An ability to build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within targeted industry.
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Metrics -driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of Website Improvements, SEO, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media, Content and Collateral Creation, Graphic Design and reporting metrics related.
• Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns, including digital marketing strategies.
Preferred skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business or related fields.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy and web design.
• Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office. The noise level in the work environment will require hearing protection when in the manufacturing shops. Employees may need to be in manufacturing shops to review products and production.
