A leading retail brand is seeking a marketing/technology Digital Marketing Product Operations Manager to lead and optimize the technology that powers creative, marketing, and studio teams. This role is responsible for managing current tools, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of technology into marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MarTech solutions, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and a strategic mindset to enhance efficiency and digital experiences.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Creative & Studio Technology Operations – Oversee and enhance the tools that drive creative production.
  • Manage Brand Photography Operations – Ensure a seamless integration of brand photography with marketing strategies.
  • Oversee Key Tools (Airtable, Creative Force, etc.) – Maximize their effectiveness for streamlined operations.
  • Innovate & Optimize Applications – Incorporate emerging technologies and best practices to push creative efficiency forward.
  • Develop Product Roadmaps – Create and execute strategic plans for evolving MarTech solutions.
  • Prototype & Test New Applications – Drive the development and refinement of new technologies.
  • Integrate User Feedback – Continuously enhance technology usability and functionality.
  • Support & Troubleshoot – Provide robust end-user support, debugging, and process refinements.
  • Stay at the Forefront of MarTech Trends – Implement innovative tools and methodologies, including AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with Creative Operations & Product Management – Align processes and technologies for maximum impact.
  • Drive Technological Innovation in Studio & Marketing – Ensure all systems are seamlessly connected for creative excellence.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in MarTech, product ownership, or creative technology operations.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Airtable, Creative Force, and other creative workflow platforms.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, from production teams to marketing leaders.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and their application in creative and marketing processes.
  • Problem-solver with a strategic mindset, capable of optimizing workflows and driving innovation.
