Job Title: SEO Program Manager Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months contract with possible of extension Pay: $89-84/hr on W2 with Mindsource

DESCRIPTION The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done attitude. You understand SEO best practices and can conceive, research, plan, and deliver complex projects that drive the business forward. And you're great at building relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Responsible for shaping the organic search strategy fo products and services across several of digital platforms, including but not limited to marketing site and online store Support a major website replatforming project and ensure minimal impact on organic search performance Prioritize on-page experience by offering knowledge of UX/UI design principles that drive SEO results and enrich customer experiences Manage the organic search feature backlog and bring SEO technical projects from ideation to production with different developer teams Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization Work closely with writers to develop marketing content that aligns with buyer search intent, and optimize copy for improved visibility on search engines Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into all digital efforts and product launches Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance and search trends, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and inform paid search strategies Be part of the working group that will develop a shared set of processes that will define cross-functional operational standards for future platforms Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to advocate for SEO initiatives and secure necessary resources and support

Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience with SEO for a global brand or digital agency Solid experience managing complex and time-critical technical projects Experience with in-depth keyword research and SEO writing In-depth knowledge of the latest SEO best practices across all significant worldwide search engines Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, seoClarity, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
