Job Description
We're seeking a Designer/Art Director to join our award-winning creative team.
The perfect person will have 5 years of experience working at an agency or an in-house team. Knows how to read a Creative brief and knock it out of the park. This person will play a pivotal role in collaborating with a team of designers, writers, and thinkers. If you're ready for the challenge, read on!
Job Qualifications
Must haves:
- Great portfolio showing a wide range of projects
- 5 years minimum at an Ad Agency (big plus!) or in-house marketing group
- 4-year college degree (Art School or other credible places)
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop expert), Premiere Pro, and After Effects would be cool too
- Conceptual thinker, exceptional design skills, and strategically smart
- Always curious
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and work well under pressure
- Excited to work on lots of different stuff (TV, print, outdoor, social, videos, collateral) and build your book
- Writing is a plus! (headlines, etc.)
