Job Description

We're seeking a Designer/Art Director to join our award-winning creative team.
The perfect person will have 5 years of experience working at an agency or an in-house team. Knows how to read a Creative brief and knock it out of the park. This person will play a pivotal role in collaborating with a team of designers, writers, and thinkers. If you're ready for the challenge, read on!

Job Qualifications

Must haves:

1. Great portfolio showing a wide range of projects
2. 5 years minimum at an Ad Agency (big plus!) or in-house marketing group
3. 4-year college degree (Art School or other credible places)
4. Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop expert), Premiere Pro, and After Effects would be cool too
5. Conceptual thinker, exceptional design skills, and strategically smart
6. Always curious
7. Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and work well under pressure
8. Excited to work on lots of different stuff (TV, print, outdoor, social, videos, collateral) and build your book
9. Writing is a plus! (headlines, etc.)
10. On-site only
