Usability & Performance Optimization
- Implement UX heuristics, cognitive load reduction techniques, and progressive disclosure principles.
- Conduct accessibility audits using tools like Axe, Lighthouse, and WAVE.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.
- Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders, executives, and development teams.
- Clearly articulate design rationales based on user research, behavioral psychology, and industry best practices.

- Facilitate cross-team alignment between product management, development, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Advocate for user-centric design decisions while balancing business and technical constraints.

- Collaborate with developers using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, and Storybook for seamless design hand-off.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with front-end developers to translate design specifications into scalable UI components while talking to Directors and Leadership.
- Partner with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience.
