We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with expertise in cutting-edge design systems, AI-driven UX, interaction design, and front-end collaboration. You will play a key role in creating user-centric, scalable, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This role requires strong skills in design thinking, user research, motion UI, accessibility compliance, and design system automation.
Role and Responsibilities:
User Research & Strategy
- Conduct user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, and experience flow diagrams based on data-driven insights.
- Lead design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product direction.
- Analyze user behavior through heat maps, A/B testing, and UX analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and customer research to identify user pain points.
- Translate complex user data into actionable design strategies using AI-driven research tools like UXtweak, Lookback.io, and Optimal Workshop.
- Present user personas, journey maps, and user flow diagrams in a clear and engaging manner.
- Communicate usability test results and recommendations with data-backed storytelling.
UI/UX Design & Prototyping
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries (Material Design, Fluent UI, or custom frameworks).
- Ensure visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and iconography align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA Compliance).
- Design micro interactions and animations using tools like Principle, Framer, or After Effects to enhance user engagement.
- Work closely with front-end developers to implement designs, ensuring pixel-perfect UI development.
- Use Figma Tokens or Design Tokens for scalable UI implementation across platforms.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban).
Usability & Performance Optimization
- Implement UX heuristics, cognitive load reduction techniques, and progressive disclosure principles.
- Conduct accessibility audits using tools like Axe, Lighthouse, and WAVE.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.
- Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders, executives, and development teams.
- Clearly articulate design rationales based on user research, behavioral psychology, and industry best practices.
- Lead design thinking workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative ideation meetings.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment between product management, development, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Advocate for user-centric design decisions while balancing business and technical constraints.
- Develop UX documentation, guidelines, and case studies to educate teams on best practices.
- Collaborate with developers using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, and Storybook for seamless design hand-off.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with front-end developers to translate design specifications into scalable UI components while talking to Directors and Leadership.
- Partner with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience.
- Create executive-level presentations to showcase design impact, customer feedback, and business insights.
Required Experience and Education:
- 7 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree required.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, research insights, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with headless CMS, API-driven UI, and micro frontend architectures.
- Understanding of Design Ops and UX Ops for scalable product development.
- Knowledge of AR/VR interfaces or voice UI design is a bonus.
- Certification in NN/g UX Design, Google UX Design, or Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) is a plus.
