We are seeking an experienced Studio Designer to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in following media plans and spec sheets, executing mechanicals for various formats, and applying approved creative across multiple platforms, including print, OOH, digital, and web design. As a Studio Designer, you will work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure all design assets are built to specification and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret and execute media plans, spec sheets, and creative briefs to create high-quality design deliverables across print, OOH, digital, and web.
  2. Create mechanicals for print and digital formats, ensuring all designs adhere to the required specifications and deadlines.
  3. Apply approved creative assets across various platforms while maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
  4. Build and maintain presentation decks, incorporating design elements in an engaging and visually appealing manner.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design assets meet project requirements and deliverables are met in a timely manner.
  6. Stay current with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of design outputs.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Studio Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print, OOH, digital, and web design.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  3. Solid understanding of media plans and spec sheets with a keen eye for detail when executing mechanicals.
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  5. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
