About the Role We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our product team and lead research efforts for our digital commerce products. This role is critical in uncovering user insights to shape intuitive, seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with UX Designers, UI Leads, and Product Managers to ensure our design decisions are informed by deep user understanding. Key Responsibilities Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations in both B2B and B2C digital commerce experiences. Plan and execute usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methods across web and mobile products. Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform UX and product strategies. Collaborate with designers and developers to build and refine a design system from scratch, ensuring consistency and usability. Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting research approaches to align with changing product priorities. Advocate for the user by translating research insights into compelling narratives that drive design and business decisions. Present findings to stakeholders and guide teams in implementing user-centered design improvements. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of UX research experience, preferably in digital commerce. Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience conducting web and mobile UX research, including usability testing and A/B testing. Familiarity with creating and contributing to design systems from the ground up. Experience researching for both B2B and B2C products, understanding distinct user needs and decision-making processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, managing multiple research initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in research tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, or similar. Familiarity with Figma to review prototypes, provide feedback, and document research insights is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
