Standard Business Hours Job Overview We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and fast-learning Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist with social media and digital marketing efforts. The candidate will collaborate with various departments and manage the publishing of content on social media platforms. Major Duties and Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media Campaigns:

Support in developing and executing social media strategies, content creation, and maintenance of the social media calendar. Community Management:

Monitor social media platforms daily to engage with clients, leads, artists, and music-related brands. Manage community interactions to enhance follower quality. Content Curation:

Analyze recent music licensing reports to identify marketing-friendly content and syncs for promotion across social media, the website, and email campaigns. Research & Trendspotting:

Stay connected to pop culture trends and viral phenomena to quickly react to current events and incorporate them into marketing strategies. Calendar Maintenance:

Update and maintain a monthly calendar of key industry events (e.g., sporting events, awards, conferences) to inform marketing campaigns. Project Support:

Conduct research and provide support for additional marketing strategies and projects as needed. Skills and Qualifications Required Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn). Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in real-time. Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage a flexible schedule. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in digital campaign execution and marketing strategy development.
