Job Description:
As a UX researcher on World AI, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the development of new cutting-edge experiences that help us bring the physical world into VR, MR, and AR experiences. Research is paramount to this team’s success - formative research is needed to drive product strategy and confirm the usability of entirely new experiences on cutting-edge hardware. You will be helping to shape the future of experiences that change how people see, navigate, and engage with the world around them. The ideal candidate is a VR experienced researcher with strong tactical experience in usability research and capable of running their own research for iterative development.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products into the world.
- Collaboratively and independently develop research studies and programs.
- Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle.
Skills:
- Strong ability to develop and lead usability testing for software and hardware experiences.
- Strong ability to maintain research programming through product iterations.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses.
- Experience with autonomy and decision making to prioritize research study focus.
- Previous experience working in the space of VR.
Education/Experience:
BA/BS in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics.
