We are hiring an Organic Social Media Specialist on behalf of our client, a marketing agency specializing in tourism-related brands. This role will focus on developing and executing organic content strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, social media strategy, and client communications while working independently and collaborating with a videographer for content production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage and grow social media presence for multiple client accounts.
• Create and schedule 60 posts per month, including videos, blogs, landing pages, and photos.
• Collaborate with a videographer to coordinate and manage content creation.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, handling reporting, approvals, and strategy discussions.
• Work independently to plan and execute campaigns with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, specifically organic content.
• Strong copywriting skills for social media posts, blogs, and landing pages.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ability to use Canva or similar design tools while adhering to brand standards.
• Strong organizational and client communication skills.
• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
