The Creative Brand Specialist/Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all platforms. This role collaborates with marketing leadership to create visually compelling graphics, design marketing assets, and oversee branded merchandise.

Essential Functions:

1. Brand Management: 75%

  • Maintains and updates the brand guide to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation across all materials, platforms, and channels.
  • Collaborates with marketing leadership to refine and evolve the brand identity, ensuring it remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Ensures all campaign assets adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all channels.
  • Designs visually compelling graphics for diverse platforms, including social media, print, and digital formats.
  • Develops branded assets for internal and external marketing campaign use, including infographics, presentations, advertisements, trade shows, and career fairs.
  • Designs and produces brochures, flyers, and other print collateral to support marketing initiatives.
  • Standardizes and creates email signature templates across departments for cohesive branding.
  • Stays up to date with design trends and branding best practices.
  • Works cross-functionally with internal teams to support marketing and branding initiatives.

2. Branded Merchandise & Assets: 20%

  • Oversees the selection, design, and procurement of branded promotional items for events and campaigns.
  • Collaborates with vendors to design and order branded apparel for employees and promotional use.
  • Oversees the corporate store, keeping inventory current for branded items, apparel, and promotional materials.
  • Handles internal and external brand logo requests, ensuring consistent and appropriate use across all platforms and channels.

3. Performs other duties as assigned: 5%

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design and brand management.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and external vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintain brand integrity.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
