Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator – Creative & Digital Content Creation supports brand development through digital and print content. Responsibilities include assisting with graphic design, copywriting, photography, video production, and social media content creation to enhance brand engagement.
Essential Functions
- Creative & Digital Content Creation: 50%
- Assists with the development and design of branded assets for internal and external use, including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, trade show, and career fair materials.
- Assists with the creation of digital content for website and digital ads, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and basic video editing.
- Assists with the development of engaging social media content, including posts, reels, and stories, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Regularly updates website content to maintain accuracy, align with brand messaging, and ensure visuals reflect current initiatives.
- Generates search engine optimization (SEO) and website performance reports using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights and recommendations.
- Marketing Support: 30%
- Coordinates the ordering and distribution of branded apparel and promotional items for company events and campaigns.
- Assists with updating corporate store inventory, ensuring timely reordering of branded items and apparel.
- Responds to logo requests and ensures proper use across all internal and external channels.
- Photography & Videography: 15%
- Assists in capturing professional images for internal and external use, including employee headshots, company events, and active job sites to showcase projects and company capabilities.
- Assists with planning, filming, and editing videos for marketing campaigns and other company projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned. 5%
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with content creation, graphic design, web maintenance, and brand management preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong creative thinking and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics, SEO Platforms).
- Able to work effectively within a team environment and independently on projects.
- Office environment with some travel required.
- Outdoor work environment with exposure to dust, heat and cold.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift between 10-30 pounds.
