Cella is hiring: Temporary Senior Graphic Designer in Franklin

Location: Franklin, TN 5x onsite (highly preferred)

Job Type: 40-hours per week; W2 hourly contract (2 months for sure; potential to extend based on needs)

Compensation Range: $40-47/hr

On behalf of our client in the financial services, education, and training industry, we’re looking for an autonomous Senior Graphic Designer to create digital assets for seasonal campaigns and giveaways. This short-term project focuses on omni-channel marketing production. The ideal candidate is local to Franklin, TN, open to contract work, and experienced in production design and brand refreshes. While this isn’t a full brand refresh, you’ll have creative freedom to enhance and update templates for these campaigns.

Our client is looking to move fast! Applications and phone screens will take place before this weekend, virtual interviews will be conducted next week, with an offer out by Friday, March 21st!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital assets for marketing campaigns, including: Landing pages, Email templates, Paid media ads
• Refresh existing campaign templates while maintaining brand guidelines
• Create assets for cash giveaway campaigns and seasonal sales events
• Collaborate with marketing and quality engineering teams
• Utilize Magnolia and Figma for design and page development

Required Skills:

• Experienced in digital design for marketing campaigns
• Proficient in Magnolia CMS and Figma
• Mac environment experience
• Ability to work independently and within team guidelines
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign design expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with product marketing design
• Familiarity with landing page and email template design
• Ability to quickly adapt to existing design frameworks

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Ideally in office located in Franklin, TN
• Laptop/equipment not provided, must have your own Mac device
