The Role


We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented team-player to help support our ambitious growth efforts as a Part-Time Marketing Lead. The right candidate is resourceful, able to work both independently and collaboratively with our team, has “test and learn” in their DNA, and thrives in fast-paced environments.


Role Responsibilities


  • Optimize and execute campaigns in existing channels (email and text) to increase leads
  • Identify, test & prove new customer acquisition channels to drive growth (including social, webinars, blog and other platforms)
  • Design and manage digital brand assets to support our B2SMB sales team
  • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events
  • Find and evaluate AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs in company CRM (Hubspot)


Role Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in similar marketing roles
  • Proficiency in Hubspot (CRM), Slack and Google Suite 
  • Proven track record of scaling successful marketing campaigns focused on B2SMB customer acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Real estate industry experience a plus
