Marketing Associate (Development Marketing)
The Marketing Associate role will assist in creating and managing the marketing programming for luxury new development condominiums in New York City, working within an assigned group of varying properties to ensure proper implementation of all marketing-specific project initiatives. This integral role supports senior project leadership in each stage of the project, from initial brand development through production of all marketing assets and ongoing sales operations.
This role represents an excellent opportunity to learn the inner workings of residential real estate development, working closely with a collaborative DEDM team, notable real estate developers and creative thinkers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure efficient and effective process and flow of all marketing deliverables, managing timelines for each deliverable to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met
• Manage deliverable schedule and marketing calendar
• Coordinate efforts within DEDM team, outside vendors and developer clients
• Review incoming creative assets and compile collective feedback into cohesive directives
• Organize all marketing-related project files and documents and update as needed
• Assist in the development of annual strategic planning and launch strategies
• Manage branded eblasts for drip campaigns and events
• Review all social media and digital marketing assets • Event support, including catering proposals, invitations and on-site management
•Oversight of data reporting and Google Analytics
•Prepare weekly reports and agendas, schedule calendar invites, and update and maintain internal marketing reports
•Liaison with project administrator and assist with listings, marketing collateral inventory and website updates
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years marketing and/or real estate experience preferred
• Exceptional timeline management and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; experience in InDesign and Adobe Pro a plus
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting
• Experience working in a CRM system is preferrable
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to think on both a micro and macro level as it relates to all aspects of the project’s marketing efforts
• Impeccable forward thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to anticipate potential delays or issues in timeline
•Strong presentation skills and understanding of client management
• Creative strategist with deep understanding of demographic, neighborhood, and project profiles as they specifically relate to a successful marketing campaign
• Strong understanding of technology, digital marketing, and advertising
• Appreciation of graphic design, culture, and architecture
• Sophisticated written and editorial skills
• Highly organized and comfortable working on multiple, paralleled tracks
