Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below. Position : Executive Producer and Director of Live Events Location : 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90036 Work Hours : 40 hrs/wk (10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) Key Responsibilities
Executive produce concerts and live events with K-pop artists and groups, including multi-city, multi-date concert tours (minimum 4 to 12 shows within 30 to 45 day period) with venue sizes from sub-1000 seat, standing-only clubs to 10,000+ seat arenas, and live streaming performances with audience participation. Experience with shows with budgets of at least $50,000 per show and larger shows with budgets of at least $2 million per show. Direct live performances of 5-12 member K-Pop groups, highlighting both group choreography and individual performances via live and video feed through lighting, sound, video backdrops, and camera to create captivating visual experiences. Maintain close relationships with key K-pop industry corporate managers of Hybe, SM, JYPE, and YG. Establish working relationships with physical production vendors including lighting, audio, and video production companies with a history of working on K-pop live events, including KCON, Mnet Asian Music Awards (“MAMA”), and shows promoted by Live Nation and AEG. MUST POSSESS EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE SUFFICIENT TO ADEQUATELY PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB BEING OFFERED. EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE MAY BE GAINED THROUGH EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION.
