Are you a dynamic and innovative marketing leader looking to make an impact in the luxury home décor industry? Our client is looking for a Marketing Director to join their fast paced, entrepreneurial team!
In this role, you will lead a talented 10-person marketing team and drive marketing and communication strategies across the entire brand portfolio. Your ability to collaborate, adapt, and strategize will be key to your success as you work closely with internal and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies to enhance market presence.
- Manage creative projects including design, photography, and content creation.
- Set and maintain the annual Marketing Budget.
- Create a Marketing Calendar aligned with product launches and initiatives.
- Guide the marketing team to meet deadlines and achieve strategic goals.
- Collaborate with PR to align social media with marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- A blend of creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a Marketing Department and leading teams.
- A background in luxury brand marketing is preferred.
