Your Role

The Communications Manager will support internal and external business communication programs for our global Business Units, contributing to Life Science reputation, visibility and employee engagement.

This role will be responsible for supporting integrated strategies to increase employee awareness of key topics and initiatives, while contributing to owned and earned media activities to maintain a strong external image and reputation.

Key activities include stakeholder management, messaging development, content creation, content curation and program management to ensure high quality, consistent communication to our target audiences. This role collaborates closely with leadership teams, in-house design team, Communications colleagues, external agency partners and marketing teams.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years working in a communications related role
  • Very strong written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on internal and external communication strategies across channels
  • Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and high-quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative problem solving skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Video production experience preferred
