The Senior Events Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing CentralReach's in-person events strategy, ensuring our brand is accurately represented, increasing brand awareness, and driving pipeline growth. This position supports third-party event sponsorships, internal event planning, and marketing initiatives to maximize the impact of our presence at industry conferences, hosted events, and our annual user conference, CR Unite.

This position is hybrid in our Holmdel, NJ office and requires travel to events.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Execution

Support a high volume of 30+ live events annually, aligning event strategy with company and market priorities. Manage third-party event sponsorships and exhibit logistics, including contract and payment processing, team registration, training coordination, travel arrangements, and exhibit setup. Plan and oversee CR-hosted breakout events that run parallel to our participation at industry conferences and tradeshows, such as happy hours, team dinners, and additional booth or suite activities. Play a supporting role in the planning and execution of our user conference, CR Unite, by assisting with all marketing-related responsibilities including website content and maintenance, registration management, prospect and attendee communications, vendor sourcing, onsite signage and collateral, and post-event follow-ups. Assist in the planning and onsite execution of marketing-supported, CentralReach-hosted events in the NJ office, including customer luncheons, executive visits, and education-focused engagements. Provide remote support to our teams during offsite events, guiding and troubleshooting in real time. Event Logistics & Promotional Support

Work closely with our Office Manager to supervise and delegate event inventory management, ensuring seamless coordination of exhibit displays, giveaways, printed collateral, and shipping logistics for all live events. Develop and distribute event-related collateral and communications, including promotional design assets, email invitations, event website copy, internal sales briefs and pitches, printed materials, and post-event follow-ups. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and report event budgets, expenses, KPIs, and ROI to assess event effectiveness. Communicate post-event outcomes, including lead flow of cross-sell and new business opportunities garnered during events, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-ups by the sales and customer teams. Collect and analyze post-event survey data (internal and external) for continuous improvement. Additional Responsibilities

Work closely with teams across CentralReach, including: Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Experience & Brand, Product, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and CentralReach's Subject Matter Experts. Provide support on additional marketing projects as needed to drive CentralReach's continued growth and innovation. Desired Skills and Experience

3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, event planning, or related fields, with a strong track record of managing both third-party sponsorships and company-hosted events. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring seamless execution of logistics, communications, and promotions. Experience in budget management, expense tracking, and measuring event success through KPIs and ROI analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling event materials and collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Highly organized with keen attention to detail in coordinating logistics, collateral, travel, and onsite execution. Experience using event management platforms, CRM tools (such as Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Ability to contribute creative ideas to enhance event engagement and align event strategies with overall marketing and business goals. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, adapting to last-minute changes, and providing real-time remote support for events. Willingness to travel as needed (potentially 20-30% of the time) to support live events and onsite logistics.
