Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with owners to maintain/strengthen company's market presence.
  2. Produce ideas/activities for promotional events.
  3. Plan and execute campaigns for promotion, and launching of new product lines.
  4. Light travel to other store locations and event venues.
  5. Manage company social media accounts.
  6. Conduct general market research.
  7. Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
  8. Work closely with local TV, radio, and billboard reps.
  9. Attend business events to promote company's community involvements.
  10. Manage employee business/care cards and other print materials.
  11. Manage company website, text message campaigns, and marketing supplies.
  12. Work closely and heavily with local ad agency to plan, organize, and create campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven advertising skills.
  2. Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
  3. Analytical and creative thinking.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience with current online marketing techniques.
  6. Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  7. Able to travel distances within the community.
  8. Creative and extremely organized.
  9. Ability to work successfully with supervisors and department leaders.
  10. Photography experience a plus.
